Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of GetClaw services sold by GetClaw.me. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

14-Day Requests and Immediate Service Activation

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, unless you asked us to start the digital service immediately and applicable law treats the used or consumed portion as non-refundable.

When you activate a plan or buy credits, we may immediately begin provisioning digital services and cloud resources for your account, including:

  • Cloud server instance creation and configuration
  • DNS record provisioning and TLS certificate generation
  • AI Gateway software deployment and configuration
  • Credit delivery, monthly quota allocation, or other prepaid digital resource activation

If you ask us to start the service immediately and then use provisioned servers, credits, or other digital resources, the used or already-consumed portion may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and Paddle's policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
  • Your dedicated server instance will be terminated at the end of the billing period.
  • Any remaining credits will expire when the subscription ends.
  • Unused time or unused credits are not automatically refundable; any approved refund will be assessed under this policy and applicable law.

Credit Purchases

Credit top-up purchases are digital goods. Once credits are delivered or consumed, the used or consumed portion is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Unused credits may be reviewed case by case under this policy and Paddle's policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing problem, please email us with:

  • The purchase email address, Paddle order reference, or other proof of purchase
  • The product purchased, purchase date, and a short description of the issue

Send your request to help@getclaw.me We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days. Requests submitted within 14 days are evaluated under this policy, Paddle's policy, and applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute through your bank or payment provider.
