Refund Policy

Overview

GetClaw provides dedicated AI gateway infrastructure that requires real-time cloud resource provisioning. Due to the immediate nature of infrastructure costs upon subscription activation, our refund policy is as follows.

No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned.

When you subscribe, a dedicated cloud instance is immediately provisioned for your use. This involves real costs including:

  • Cloud server instance creation and configuration
  • DNS record provisioning and TLS certificate generation
  • AI gateway software deployment and configuration
  • Monthly API credit allocation

These resources are provisioned exclusively for your account and cannot be recovered once deployed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
  • Your dedicated server instance will be terminated at the end of the billing period.
  • Any remaining credits will expire when the subscription ends.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

Credit Purchases

One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault.
  • If you were charged in error (duplicate charges, billing system errors).

To request an exception, please contact us at support@getclaw.me within 7 days of the charge.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute through your bank or payment provider.
